Tip: You can use filters for better results

You can decide which notifications you want to receive from the FMA App. For example, you can be informed about new upcoming appointments or about appointments deleted by the dispatcher. Furthermore, you can choose to be notified of new ticket information from the end customer or the dispatcher. There is also the possibility to be notified about newly available spare parts, as well as the possibility to be notified that certain spare parts are no longer needed and have therefore been deleted by the dispatcher.

  1. From the Home screen tap on the Settings button.
  2. Tap on the Notifications button.
  3. Flip the switch right for the notifications you want to receive from the App.
