What are Work Place views?
Views are used within the Work Place to realize different goals through a different set of so-called components. Thus, different views are aimed at different target groups. For example, the Dispatch view, which is aimed at dispatchers, contains all the necessary components for scheduling and organizing tickets, while the Analytics view, for example, can be used by managers to improve overall processes in their own field service.
