You can run the Fieldcode FMA app on a maximum of two devices simultaneously.

Inside the FMA app, it is possible to manage several Fieldcode Accounts at the same time and at once. By adding multiple accounts, you can access appointments and parts from different accounts without having to log out and log back in. This feature is also useful when collaborating with another engineer who prefers not to use a separate account to process tickets. In such cases, both engineers can work on the same ticket while generating a single service report, eliminating the need for duplicate reports.

  1. In the Home screen tap on Edit.
  2. Tap on the Add Account button.
  3. Enter the credentials of the next account that you want to add.
  4. The new account should appear in the home menu.
Configuring multiple accounts
  1. In the Home screen tap on the Account button of the Account that you want to remove.
  2. Click on the Remove Account button to confirm the Removal.
  3. The additional account should disappear from the Home screen.
