How to move tickets back to the Ticket Pool
Copy the URL link to this section to share
You always have the possibility to move tickets back to the Ticket Pool. Moving tickets back to the Ticket Pool can be useful if you are rescheduling tickets and you for example want them out of sight in your Timeline or you want to plan them later or other circumstances.
- Right-click on a particular ticket in the Timeline.
- Select the Back to Ticket Pool button from the context menu.
- Your ticket should now disappear from the Timeline and move back to the Dispatch tab inside the Ticket Pool.
