The process configuration tab allows you to adjust aspects of the process in work place to fit your company needs better. In process configuration tab you can configure projects, view and edit active and inactive forms, configure Automated Actions which trigger certain events while the workflow moves on, setup conditions and indications that should be displayed depending on your needs, configure email templates for end users or other affected persons and setup durations for a ticket to make the overall process more effective.
Expand the menu by clicking the expand arrow in the Navigation or click directly on the Process symbol to reveal all options of Process Configuration.
