What are Appearances?

The appearance defines how a ticket is presented visually. The appearance is a map of user-defined objects. An appearance object is represented by a unique key, a mode, and a value. A value represents a text/translationKey, iconName, colorName, and more. This allows you to have an object status like “NEW”, a message that can be written to a log, and more.
