Upfront information regarding our FMA Apps
  • Only one version of the app can be used to process tickets via the App. It is not possible to use the FMA and the older FMA 1 at the same time.
    Therefore, please decide first which version you want to use in general first.
  • FMA Apps always utilize and display the device's time zone.
  • Screenshots and GIFs from the iOS version are used for the FMA part of the manual to explain certain steps and instructions.
    Your experience with the Android version therefore may vary a little bit.

The Fieldcode App (FMA) is designed for Field service engineers, who want to extra-efficiently manage their daily work.
