How to check & start synchronization

If your tickets are not fetched or visible yet, please wait until the synchronization finishes!

The complete sync of the app and all appointments and tickets may take some moments to complete. You can also pull down the screen to synchronize.

The synchronization menu lets you manually initiate synchronization between the FMA and the Fieldcode Work Place which ensures engineers get the newest ticket information, so they can work on a ticket or tickets. The synchronization menu and the home menu also indicate when the last synchronization was completed last time.

  1. Inside the Fieldcode Mobile Application go to More -> Synchronization.
  2. Click on START SYNCHRONIZATION.
  3. (Alternative) In the Home, menu pull down to initiate the synchronization.
