How to email filters/queries to colleagues
Copy the URL link to this section to share
You are able to share tickets with colleagues by clicking send filtered query link button inside the Ticket Pool.
- Create a query by activating the filters you want to use.
- Click the email button inside the Expert tab.
- Your email app will start with the query pre-filled.
- Pick a sender etc. and click on Send in your email program.
