Improvements
Timezone of the affected user will now be visible on the Ticket Details component ->
Inactive engineers will be grayed out for past dates in the Timeline however, they will not be visible at all for any future dates. You can remove them completely from the Timeline by simply removing the engineer from the Dispatch group ->
