NEWA ticket that has newly entered into system
APPOINTMENTTicket awaits to be scheduled by the dispatcher
PENDING WAIT ONSITETicket will soon be processed on-site (or via remote maintenance) by the engineer
IN PROGRESS ONSITETicket is currently being processed on-site (or via remote maintenance) by the engineer
RESOLVEDTicket was resolved; Ticket was reported; Ticket can be edited if necessary; Opening up new interventions is possible
CLOSEDTicket was closed; editing the ticket is not possible anymore
CANCELEDTicket was canceled
