How the ticket statuses are defined
The ticket goes through different statuses until it is resolved. You can check the default statuses below.
|NEW||A ticket that has newly entered into system|
|APPOINTMENT||Ticket awaits to be scheduled by the dispatcher|
|PENDING WAIT ONSITE||Ticket will soon be processed on-site (or via remote maintenance) by the engineer|
|IN PROGRESS ONSITE||Ticket is currently being processed on-site (or via remote maintenance) by the engineer|
|RESOLVED||Ticket was resolved; Ticket was reported; Ticket can be edited if necessary; Opening up new interventions is possible|
|CLOSED||Ticket was closed; editing the ticket is not possible anymore|
|CANCELED||Ticket was canceled|
