How to work with the Ticket Pool
You can personalize columns that contain information you are interested in. To do that, simply click on the column button to ‘Add’ or ‘Remove’ Columns. Active columns are marked in orange and inactive ones are marked in grey.
By default, the option of AUTO-REFRESH will be turned off, which means that you will not see new tickets entering GEPARD system until you turn on the AUTO-REFRESH or reload the whole application.
Once you click on the Column Name with arrow icon all tickets will be sorted in alphabetical way:
With the column resize button you can drag and resize a particular column according to your preferences:
A right click on a particular ticket will show you four additional options:
- Open in a new tab
- Search for project
- Search for CNE
- Search for assignee
Multi-Tab Layout allows you to open multiple tickets in one browser tab. This can be done in three ways:
- Click on the button located on the left-side of the table (check below screenshot)
- Click on the ticket with your middle-mouse-button
- Click on the ticket with the right-mouse-button and select ‘Open in new tab’
The tabs will open up on the right-hand side of the screen. You can see them above the Ticket Header.
In order to move between the tickets you can either click on the tabs or selected tickets in Ticket Table. Next to Ticket’s ID on the tab is the loading indicator, which shows when a ticket is loading the loading pending symbol and when process has ended loading ended symbol. When the tab is selected, the indicator disappears.
When more than eleven tabs are opened then the arrow buttons will show up, allowing to scroll through opened tabs.
The Tickets can be closed, either by clicking the ‘X’ button on the tab (1), or clicking the icon located on the left side of the Ticket Table (2) or by middle mouse button click on the already selected ticket from Ticket Table.
