The Analytics Live Report provides you with various insights about the daily progresscritical tickets, and ticket volume.

What is the particular purpose of the Analytics Live Report?
To comprehend daily ticket on-goings and daily ticket volumes.

Who benefits most from the Analytics Live Report?
This view has no specific person group and can be useful for almost everybody working with the Fieldcode system. Dispatchers and the backend office for example can profit from the progress today view, critical tickets while team leaders or managers for example can draw their conclusions from the Tickets volume tab.

Click on the Analytics Report at the top-> switch to the Progress today tab at the bottom.
The progress today dashboard displays open, and closed tickets of the day.
In the drilled-down view, you can evaluate these tickets by country, or by project.

  • Closed and open tickets

  • Ticket sum for the selected country

  • Ticket sum by project: Allows you to compare ticket sum by different projects

  • Project filter

  • Country filter

What is the particular purpose of this report?
The Progress Today dashboard displays open and closed tickets of the day.
That way you can easily follow up on today’s progress on today’s tickets.

What information can you get out of this particular report?
Closed and open tickets.
Ticket sum for a selected country.
Ticket sum by the project to compare ticket sums between different projects easily.

What does all the information stand for and how to read it?
Ticket amount: Amount of all tickets for a country or project.

Which related reports might be taken into consideration to get a more clear/more detailed picture of the information?
The critical tickets tab and the tickets volume tab.

How can the report be customized using filters?
You can filter by project.
You can filter by country.
You can combine the two filters.

Click on the Analytics Report at the top -> switch to the Critical tickets tab at the bottom.
The Critical Tickets tab displays all critical tickets (divided by age in days).
In the drilled-down view, you can evaluate these tickets categorized by country, project, status, ticket category, and by engineer

What is the particular purpose of this report?
You get ratios of all critical tickets by country, status, project, and category to further help you to spot problem points.

What information can you get out of this particular report?
Critical tickets are separated by age.
Critical tickets are separated by country.
Critical tickets are separated by status.
Critical tickets are separated by project.
Critical tickets are separated by ticket category.

What does all the information stand for and how to read it?
Critical tickets amount: Amount of tickets that are considered critical. 

Which related reports might be taken into consideration to get a more clear/more detailed picture of the information?
The Progress Today tab and the tickets volume tab.

How can the report be customized using filters?

Click on the Analytics Report on the top -> switch to the Tickets volume tab at the bottom.
The tickets volume tab displays an overview of all tickets from the last 14 days categorized by project or by country.
In the drilled-down view displayed are the overall backlogtickets opened for the last 14 days, the tickets closed for the last 14 days, and the delta between opened and closed tickets for the last 14 days.

  • The daily ticket volume is displayed including opened tickets, closed tickets and the corresponding delta.
    Additionally you can see the backlog for all time on the left side of the graphical processed data.

  • The slider lets you scroll through particular days in an easy manner.

  • Project filter

  • Country filter

  • Month filter

What is the particular purpose of this report?
You can check the all-time ticket backlog. The view also displays the backlog for individual days.

What information can you get out of this particular report?
The daily ticket volume includes opened tickets, closed tickets, and the resulting delta.

What does all the information stand for and how to read it?
Total ticket volume: Volume of all tickets for all the time.

Which related reports might be taken into consideration to get a more clear/more detailed picture of the information?
The Progress Today tab and the critical tickets tab.

How can the report be customized using filters?
