Analytics Report
The Analytics Report gives you various insights about the daily progress, critical tickets, and the ticket volume.
Progress today tab
Click on the Analytics Report on the top-> switch to the Progress today tab in the bottom.
What data is displayed?
The progress today dashboard displays open, scheduled and closed tickets of the day.
In the drilled-down view you can evaluate these tickets by country, by engineer or by project.
Critical tickets tab
Click on the Analytics Report on the top -> switch to the Critical tickets tab in the bottom.
What data is displayed?
The Critical tickets tab displays critical tickets which by definition are older than 6 days.
In the drilled-down view you can evaluate these tickets categorized by country, by project, by status, by ticket category and by engineer.
Tickets volume tab
Click on the Analytics Report on the top -> switch to the Tickets volume tab in the bottom.
What data is displayed?
The tickets volume tab displays you an overview of tickets from the last 14 days categorized by project or by country.
In the drilled-down view displayed are the overall backlog, tickets opened for last 14 days, the tickets closed for last 14 days and the delta between opened and closed tickets for the last 14 days.
