How to use the Ticket info tab
Ticket info is a communication channel, allowing to exchange important information regarding a ticket between the Fieldcode apps.
In this section, you will find the List of tickets containing Ticket Info, which has not been acknowledged and / or resolved. Currently, you may see three types of Ticket Info: feedback from engineer, delays when dealing with a ticket (added by the technician via FSA) or status update (triggered in Gepard, when putting a ticket to a pending status by using a relevant action button).

Once you click on a ticket from the list, you will see the banner with Ticket Info Details on the right-hand side, in the Ticket’s Header Area. Depending on the update type, an Acknowledgment / a resolution confirmation is required. Depending on the update type, an Acknowledgment / a resolution confirmation is required.
