Tip: You can use filters for better results

The Ticket Details buttons appear depending on the status the ticket is in and are therefore very context-sensitive. Depending on the project and your access level (role), you may see different system and workflow buttons.

Where to control permissions for buttons?

  • One can control permissions for the workflow buttons on the Permissions page
  • The path is: Permissions -> Select role -> Security Resource -> Work place -> Component: Ticket Details -> Button: Workflow buttons
  • You can also control other buttons and icons from that section.

About System Buttons

About Worfklow Buttons

  • Orange-framed buttons
  • Can proceed the ticket forth/back in the ticket/object workflow, like eg. Schedule ticket
  • Enterprise: You can customize workflows, to create your own custom buttons and flows etc.

Pencil Buttons

  • Indicate that a form will open

Navigate to the Ticket Details → click on a matching button 

ButtonWhat it does
COMSLets you add info to the ticket, send emails to customers, or leave a comment.
CANCEL TICKETCompletely cancels the ticket. No further actions can be taken.
CANCEL APPOINTMENTCancels the appointment (only for unpublished tickets).
CLOSECloses the ticket. No further changes or actions are possible.
CREATE INTERVENTION REPORTGenerates a PDF with the intervention details and signature (if available).
CREATE INTERVENTION INFOGenerates a PDF with service delivery details.
EDITAllows you to update contact, address, device, delivery, or report data.
REPORTLets you report the current intervention (only for unpublished tickets).
