About Systems
Copy the URL link to this section to share
On the Systems page, you can register new external systems. You can name new external systems, activate/deactivate them, configure basic settings for the external system, and configure system properties.
- Decide if your system should be activated right after registration with the Active toggle.
- Enter a system name.
- Enter a system description.
- (Optional) – Enable this system to be used with any ticket object, independent of the ticket’s outsourcing status.
- (Optional) – Enable outsourcing of this system from the Work place.
- (Optional) – Add a key and a value under system properties. You have the option to hide sensitive system data.
- Click Save.
