Using the Remove Pending Button (Workflow)
Copy the URL link to this section to share
The Remove Pending button removes the ticket from the Ticket Clipboard.
If you want to remove your ticket from the pending stage in the Ticket Clipboard, you can use this workflow button.
- If a ticket is in the pending status the Remove pending workflow button will be visible in the Ticket Details Workflow button row.
- Click on the Remove Pending workflow button to move the ticket back to the Dispatch tab.
You can add tickets to the clipboard by clicking on the Move to Clipboard button in the context menu of a ticket in the Ticket Pool. Usually, you would do this in case you couldn’t reach the ticket requestor or in case a callback to the end user is required.
