The following list highlights new and exciting features.
New AI-supported search help integrated into Work place
With the new AI-supported search help it will be possible to access help topics directly without having to leave the application. You will be able to find support for Fieldcode applications directly from within the application.
We will introduce a new dispatch group email field and a matching alias for that field
With the new dispatch group email address field which will be integrated into the dispatch groups page it will be easier to refer to dispatch groups, eg. when creating automated actions with the email action.
New diagnosis section inside the Intervention tab
With this new feature you will have the ability to perform a diagnosis within each intervention of a ticket and then choose if it should be a normal intervention, or a remote intervention. You can also put a mark on the ticket that no further action is required and the ticket is solved.
We will add group filtering inside Forms -> Field filters as well
You are already loving our group filtering feature inside Dispatch groups, and now, we want to extend it to even more parts of the system. Therefore we will introduce the group filtering feature inside Forms as well.
We will improve the structure of the shipment window inside the Parts tab
We will display less fields (without hiding any information) to make the shipping window cleaner
New group status indication for rejected payload queues inside Interface Monitoring page
This new indication makes it easier to identify rejected payload queues at first glance.
Date picker improvements
Our new date picker will make going backwards and forwards in time easier than before, by letting you click directly on specific months rather than having to scroll backwards and forwards.
We will integrate the "part order number" and "order number line item" fields into the FMA applications
Having those fields available inside the FMA was requested and we are proud to deliver them to you by default.
You will be able to soon access a new "What's new" section inside the FMA applications
You'll soon be able to see what's changed and new, directly, from within the FMA app.
