Cancelling Appointments

You can cancel appointments for unpublished tickets by using the Cancel Appointment button in the Ticket Details.
If you cancel an appointment, the ticket moves back into the Ticket Pool. Please consider that a canceled appointment is not the same as a canceled ticket.
A canceled ticket moves to the Canceled status, while a canceled appointment usually moves the ticket back to the New status.
Appointment cancellation versus ticket cancellation
If you intend to stop the whole ticket, please cancel the whole ticket instead of canceling the appointment.
