Tip: You can use filters for better results

Buttons in the Ticket Details allow you to perform key actions directly from the ticket view. These buttons appear dynamically based on the ticket’s current status, your role, and the project configuration. You’ll typically find these buttons at the top of the Ticket Details page, grouped by functionality such as workflow actions, communication tools, and system operations.

Note: Not all buttons are visible to every user. Button visibility depends on your user rolepermissions, and the current ticket status. If you don’t see a button, it may be restricted by your role or hidden due to project-specific settings:

You can configure button access per role on the Permissions page:

For managing workflow buttons specifically, use:

To help you quickly understand and navigate the available actions in a ticket, buttons are grouped into categories based on their function. Each category contains buttons that appear under specific conditions, such as the ticket’s status, your user role, or the project configuration.

⚡ Action Buttons:

The action buttons are located in the Ticket Details header and allow you to perform special actions on a ticket:

  • Clone tickets
  • Copy ticket links
  • Add/remove escalation flags
  • Add/remove VIP flags
  • Assign/un-assign partners
  • Crab/un-grab tickets.

⚙️ System Buttons:

The orange-filled buttons perform system-level actions:

🔄 Workflow Buttons:

These orange-framed buttons help you to manage the ticket’s progress:

  • Allow you to perform workflow actions, such as:
    • Edit, Cancel Ticket, Cancel Appointment, , Create Intervention Report, Create Intervention Info, Report, Create Child Report, Close ticket etc.
  • Pencil buttons: Indicate that a form will open

Note: You can customize workflows, to create your own custom buttons and workflows (Business/Enterprise).

📢 Communication Buttons:

This button can be used to send messages/share ticket updates.
