Scan to fill – A faster way to input data

You can now use the scanner to fill in certain fields directly instead of typing. To benefit from those new fields, custom forms must first be created within the Admin panel that include these fields with a scanning function.

Performance Improvements and Bug Fixes:

  • We have implemented various bug fixes and performance improvements with this version to speed things up.
  • PUDO appointments no longer persist after being visited in FMA

Improved barcode scanning capabilities

We’ve optimized FedEx barcode detection for accurate tracking number extraction. The scanner can now also detect and highlight multiple barcodes at once. These enhancements provide greater accuracy and efficiency for your scanning operations.

Improved Sync Status Feedback 

We’ve improved the sync experience by providing clear, real-time status updates. Instead of relying solely on the timestamp of the last successful sync, you’ll now see informative messages when a sync is in progress or encountering a problem.

You will now be informed about the following sync statuses (including timestamps):

  • Sync Failed: No Network
  • Sync Failed: Hardsync In Progress
  • Sync Failed: Data Error
  • Sync Faled: Account Offline

Performance Improvements and Bug Fixes

Our team has improved the app’s performance and fixed some minor issues, making the app faster and more reliable for you.

New diagnosis section

If a ticket contains a diagnosis, we display the results in a new diagnosis section.

Additional Part Fields

We now display the Order number and Order number line item fields inside the FMA app.

“What’s New” menus

We now include a What’s New section where you can check the latest FMA app updates directly.

We are excited to announce that you can now access the FMA help directly from within the FMA app.

Improved Work Note reliability

We resolved an issue where unsaved work notes would disappear if a call came in or the app was sent to the background. From now on, your notes are kept until you’re ready to save, ensuring no more retyping is needed.
