About Linking & Unlinking

You can interconnect/synchronize between the Ticket Pool, Timeline, and Map components. When components are linked, the data for a particular group is displayed simultaneously across all components.

Linking Components

  1. will beGo to the Ticket Pool component and select the Dispatch tab.
  2. Click on the Link/Unlink button. The Link button will be green when activated.
The link button is right next to the filters in the Ticket Pool

Unlinking Components

  1. Go to the Ticket Pool component and select the Dispatch tab.
  2. Click on the Link/Unlink button. The paper clip button should turn gray.
The link button is gray when deactivated
