About the Health Check

  • You can run a Health Check for the Work place/Admin panel.
  • This is useful for troubleshooting purposes.
  • You will receive different ratings from A to F for parameters like Download, Upload, Ping, and more.
  • The rating works quite similar to American school grading where A is usually the best grade and F is the worst grade.
  1. Inside the Work place or Admin panel go to health check in the header.
  2. Click on RUN.

  3. Wait for the test to finish, you will see different ratings for all crucial parameters after the test has finished.
    You can then for example send the browser bar link to our Support, so they can further assist you with the troubleshooting.
