Features
Work place/Admin panel/Customer Portal/Partner Portal
Set permissions on objects created via Fieldcode Plus (AP/Permissions & Objects/Permissions tab)
Currently all the dynamic objects are available for all users which have access to X-pool and X-Details. However, not all users/roles should have access to all objects and based on permissions you should be able to determine if users with specific roles should be able to view, edit or even create records.
- Important Note: Searching restrictions are not a part of this feature. This means that users restricted from specific fields are still able to search and make queries based on these fields and will get results as well for now.
Skill History Logs Enhancements (WP/History)
Skill changes in ticket history logs now include the skill name with the next release. This makes it easier to identify which skill has been added or removed, improving traceability and clarity.
All aliases are now available in COMS (WP/Communications)
All aliases available in the Admin panel are now usable in COMS emails, SMS, and ticket info bodies. This improves the flexibility and consistency when using dynamic content in your communication templates.
Reusable search component + Icon style changes (AP)
The search icons in the Admin panel table views have been updated for better clarity and consistency. It is now more understandable that clicking the magnifier icon triggers a search.
Workflow Designer - Usability Enhancements (AP/Workflows)
We've made a few small, but helpful improvements to streamline your experience when working with workflows:
- What's New?
- Default View: Workflows now open directly in the hierarchy tree view for better overview.
- Editor Info First: The card showing who is editing a workflow is now always displayed first, followed by validation, testing, and coverage.
- Responsive Validation Panel: The left-side validation section is now more responsive when resizing the panel.
- Cloning Improvement: The description field is now included when cloning a workflow. These updates aim to make editing and navigating workflows faster and more intuitive.
Input Mapping - We are soon supporting related object fields (AP/Forms)
We have expanded the Input Mapping feature used in the "Create Ticket" action for dynamic objects.
- What’s New?
- In addition to fields from the main object, you can now map values from related objects as well. This gives you more flexibility when pre-filling ticket fields based on complex object relationships.
- Benefit: You'll be able to create richer, more context-aware tickets with less manual input.
Keeping same location tickets together shall be stronger than other preferences (AP/Optimizer Settings)
We have introduced the same location ticket assignments feature. However, it real-life business it is preferred to keep the same location tickets on the same engineer, even if it has the cost of removing other tickets from Timeline or results in overall longer drive. Therefore, we are adjusting our algorithm, and are introducing an importance slider for the same location setting, so the same location setting acts stronger than the rest.
EAA Compliance Updates for Customer Portal (CP)
To meet the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (EAA), we've made key updates to ensure the Customer Portal is more accessible for all our users.
- Accessibility Compliance: Adjustments made to align with WCAG 2.1/2.2 and EN 301 549 standards.
- Visual Enhancements: Updated colors and fonts for better readability and contrast.
- Technical Improvements: Backend and frontend changes to support screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other assistive technologies.
The Ticket Nudge tab now directs you over to the Workflows page (AP/Workflow Monitoring)
The ticket nudge functionality has now fully transitioned over to the Workflows page. If you are trying to nudge a ticket from the Workflow Monitor page you will find a link to the Workflows page instead.
OAuth2 Support for SMTP Authentication (AP/Account)
To comply with Microsoft’s deprecation of Basic Auth for SMTP (effective September 2025), we have introduced OAuth2 authentication for SMTP configurations.
- New Authentication Option: Choose between Basic Auth and OAuth when configuring account or project SMTP settings.
- UI Enhancements: OAuth-specific fields are now available in the SMTP configuration form.
- Fieldcode Default Mailboxes: All default SMTP configurations will be updated to use OAuth.
- Customer Action Required: Existing Microsoft SMTP configurations will not be migrated automatically. Customers must update their SMTP settings manually once the new UI is available.
- Why this matters: Microsoft is retiring Basic Auth due to security concerns. OAuth offers a more secure, modern authentication method.
- Visual Enhancements: Updated colors and fonts for better readability and contrast.
- Technical Improvements: Backend and frontend changes to support screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other assistive technologies.
Support for Basic Auth & OAuth2 in Incoming Mappings (AP/Incoming Mappings)
We have extended authentication options for incoming mappings beyond API Keys. The UI now supports Basic Auth and OAuth2, aligning with common enterprise security requirements.

Features
Work place/Admin panel/Customer Portal/Partner Portal
Ticket Pool Search Enhancements (WP/Ticket Pool)
We have improved the Ticket Pool search that allows you to save your own queries or shared queries, so everyone under your company's account can access them. As part of these changes, we have combined the previous General and Predefined tabs into a single tab for more convenient searching. Additionally, we have introduced UI improvements on Ticket Pool actions, and made the placement of the “Search” action more compact, so you can view more tickets/records in the Pool at a glance.
Workflow buttons for parts in Work place and Partner Portal (WP/PP/CP)
You can now customize parts processing in Work place and Partner Portal via using workflow-driven buttons and custom forms opened by them — bringing the same flexibility and logistics support already available in FMA. Users can trigger custom forms and actions directly from the parts section via configurable workflow buttons. In Partner Portal, these buttons appear in the part’s dropdown menu, with full backward compatibility.
Ticket Details and X-Details: Info messages (WP/Ticket Details; WP/X-Details)
Info messages requiring acknowledgment can now be viewed and confirmed directly within X-Details and Ticket Details in the same way.
Users will see a clearly labeled “Acknowledge Info” button next to each message, with grouped display and expand/collapse functionality for records containing multiple messages. Upon acknowledgment, the system updates the info’s history log, ensuring traceability.
This enhancement improves clarity and usability while aligning X-Details with the established ticket behavior.
Workflow version tracing and object positioning in the Workflow Designer (AP/Workflows)
Users can now trace any object’s current workflow version and node directly within the Workflow Designer — extending the Ticket Nudge functionality beyond tickets. By entering an object reference (e.g., CNI, intervention ID), the system identifies the correct workflow version and highlights the object’s current position. Users with the appropriate permissions can view node paths, search for other objects, and trigger transitions using the familiar “Other” button, all within a unified interface. This enhancement simplifies workflow diagnostics and improves visibility across all object types. Additional info: The Ticket Nudge page under Workflow monitoring will be soon discontinued. In the future, you shall use the Workflows page “Trace” functionality to trace and nudge tickets.
Enterprise: Audit Logs (AP/Audit Logs)
A centralized Audit Log page has been introduced in the Admin panel, allowing users to track changes across all editable pages in Admin panel. Users with the appropriate permissions can view who made changes, when, and what was modified with a comparison view of chosen versions using a built-in diff tool. The audit log supports object-level filtering, version history, and secure access, and is available only to Enterprise customers, once they contacted us to enable the functionality. There are new permissions to restrict/allow the new audit log page. To activate and use this feature with Enterprise, you must first contact Fieldcode Support.
Customizable Time Preferences (WP/Scheduling Assistant)
Customers can now define default and available time slot chips for the Scheduling Assistant directly within the SLA profile settings in the Admin panel. This enhancement replaces the fixed "Full day" and "09:00–17:00" defaults, enabling a more tailored scheduling experience. Configured time slots are consistently displayed across all days, regardless of individual business hours, ensuring clarity and flexibility for field service planning.
Possibility to update attachments via a "CREATE" form (AP/Forms)
The attachment upload component in Form Designer is now available for forms with the action type “Create”, expanding its usability across all objects in Work place and FMA. This enhancement removes previous limitations, allowing users to include attachments seamlessly during object creation — improving flexibility and supporting more comprehensive data capture from the start.
Permissions enabled for Enterprise accounts (Fieldcode Plus)
Fieldcode Plus features are now fully enabled for Enterprise accounts, following stabilization of the feature set. Access is controlled via updated security permissions across Admin panel and Work place components, including Objects, Components, X-Pool, and X-Details. Users on free plans will see disabled permissions marked with an “Enterprise only” icon, while Enterprise users can manage access based on roles.
Track related record updates with timestamp and audit data (Fieldcode Plus)
Audit data from related records can be displayed in X-Details and forms, allowing users to view when each related record was last modified.
Improvements
Work place/Admin panel/Customer Portal/Partner Portal
Acknowledgement functionality for info messages in X-Details and Ticket Details (WP/Ticket Details; WP/X-Pool)
Info messages requiring acknowledgment can now be viewed and confirmed directly within X-Details and Ticket Details. With an enhanced UI experience, users will see a clearly labeled “Acknowledge Info” button next to each message, with grouped display and expand/collapse functionality for records containing multiple messages. Upon acknowledgment, the system updates the info’s history log, ensuring traceability. This enhancement improves clarity and usability while aligning X-Details with the established ticket behavior.
Improved Timeline and Map Performance (WP/Timeline; WP/Map)

Fixes
Work place/Admin panel/Customer Portal/Partner Portal
Incorrect column display in dynamic list custom fields (AP/Lists)
We have resolved an issue where dynamic list custom fields displayed incorrect or default column names across multiple lists (e.g., XY_SITELIST). The system now correctly retrieves and displays column data from the selected list, ensuring accurate field configuration.
Timezone mismatch blocking scheduling in Partner Portal (PP)
We have fixed an issue where users were incorrectly blocked from scheduling appointments in the Partner Portal due to mismatched timezones between the browser and the ticket. All scheduling validations, including part availability and dispatch windows, now consistently use the ticket’s timezone to ensure accurate and reliable appointment handling.
Workflow scripts uneditable in Admin panel (AP/Workflow Scripts)
We have resolved a critical issue where workflow scripts in the Admin panel became uneditable for some users, despite having full admin permissions. The affected section would grey out on hover, blocking modifications. This was caused by inconsistent UI behavior, now fixed to ensure all authorized users can reliably edit and save workflow scripts without needing workarounds.
Incorrect part return trigger on "Schedule ticket" button in Partner Portal (PP)
Resolved an issue where clicking the “Schedule Ticket” Button in the Partner Portal incorrectly triggered part return validation and submission. Now, part usage and return tracking validations are only activated when the Report button is used, ensuring the correct workflow and preventing unintended data submission.
Incomplete Timeline updates after ticket moves (WP/Timeline)
Fixed an issue where leftover routes remained visible on the Timeline after ticket actions like drag-and-drop, "Back to Pool," or "Undo Optimization." The root cause was incomplete Kafka message consumption—specifically missing delete events for missions and tours. The system now reliably processes all relevant messages, ensuring accurate Timeline updates without requiring manual refreshes.
Unexpected error when opening or editing components (AP/Components)
Resolved an issue where certain components triggered unexpected errors when opened or modified in the Admin panel, despite functioning correctly in Form Designer and Work place. This fix ensures stable behavior when accessing or editing all components, including drag-and-drop form actions, improving reliability for both existing and newly created components.

Basic accounts will have access to editing workflows, as the old method of creating automated actions will be deprecated at some point later in time. After the May release, you will need to create workflow-based automated actions and integrate them into your workflows. Automated actions created via the old method will be still available for editing to support full transition to the new, improved way.
Storage time project setting applies to PUDO shippings only (AP/Projects)
The storage time setting in Admin panel/Projects/Parts tab now only applies to PUDO shippings. This reduces the necessity of manual storage time corrections.

New testing and fixing possibilities (AP/Interfaces)
We are introducing possibility to test outgoing mappings based on selected entity and incoming mappings based on user-provided payload. This will make testing and adjusting easier and faster overall.
Part-related value sets & workflow timelog values (AP/Value sets)
We are extending value set options to offer new possibilities and now also display the object type inside the list view to make the list view more understandable.

New ban conditions for scheduling (AP/Users)
There may be various reasons why a certain engineer is not allowed to service a certain customer, e.g. due to a clause in a previous employment contract that prohibits it. That's why we offer the possibility to define ban conditions for engineers, so that tickets that fall under such conditions cannot be assigned to the engineer. Example: John D. cannot be assigned to a ticket that takes place at "Random Factories" in "Paris".
We are excited to release the Workflow designer (AP/Workflows)
With the new Workflow designer it is possible to create & edit new custom/existing workflows. There is also the possibility to test/validate your workflows and we are really excited to see what our customers are able to achieve with this truly exciting Feature set (for Enterprise users).
More fields for you! (WP/Parts)
We are now displaying more fields on the parts forms and parts sections on the Work place and in the Admin panel. The parts form now displays the Entry ID; Stock; Condition; and Replace serial fields. The new fields will as well be displayed in the Parts details. For the part shipping row inside the part details we have included the Address note; Shipment condition; and Shipping comment fields.
You can now convert most form fields to scanner input fields for use in the FMA (AP/Forms)
You can now use the scanner to fill in certain fields directly instead of typing. To benefit from those new fields, custom forms must first be created within the Admin panel that include these fields with a scanning function.

We have made some updates to the Dispatcher assignment logic! (AP/Dispatch groups)
We've introduced a new switch that, if enabled, will grant all users access to the dispatch group by default. But, if you prefer, you can also disable this switch and select specific users to be part of the dispatch group. We've also updated the delivery tab under the users page to make it clear which dispatch groups are accessible by all or if you can assign the user directly to a dispatch group from this page.

This exciting new feature allows you to create even more dynamic filtering. We have also updated the field filters for forms to now include new operators, like "in" and "contains" and "is like" and "is not like".
We're thrilled to announce that we've created some new fields and a new form used for diagnosing tickets! (AP/Forms)
We've created a default Diagnose form that can be integrated into your custom workflows, or you can simply use the individual diagnosis fields with any form. The diagnosis results will be displayed under the Intervention tab. When a ticket has been diagnosed, we will also show the results directly in the FMA app. This will give your engineers all the information they need to complete the their work.
We are thrilled to announce that we have enhanced the interface monitoring page with the addition of a new status: WARNING. (AP/Interface Monitoring)
