How to download ticket data as a excel sheet
Copy the URL link to this section to share
You are able to download available ticket data as a .xls sheet.
Inside the Fieldcode Work Place you can download ticket data from the General tab, Predefined tab, and Expert tab.
To decide which ticket data to download, you have to search or filter for the tickets first!
How to search for tickets | How to filter for tickets | How to expert-search tickets
Then start the download by clicking the download button inside the Ticket Pool (right-top).
Ticket download limitations
- Please note that downloading ticket data from the Dispatch tab is not possible.
- Please also note that your query doesn't contain more than 1000 tickets (eg. by setting a range).
- The ticket download will not be successful if there are more than 1000 tickets within a search query.
