This site lists all feature plans for 2025 (or later).
Please note that the features’ final terminology is subject to change at any given time.
Parts Management taken to next level
We're continuing to expand our parts management capabilities so that you can have full tracking capabilities from parts pickup to parts return to avoid any losses. We're also planning to expand the ability to book parts directly from integrated warehouse or engineer's van stock. You'll be able to select and order parts based on the bill of materials.
"Negative skills" a.k.a ban conditions in scheduling
There may be various reasons why a certain engineer is not allowed to service a certain customer, e.g. due to a clause in a previous employment contract that prohibits it. That's why we offer the possibility to define ban conditions for engineers, so that tickets that fall under such conditions cannot be assigned to the engineer. (E.g. John Doe cannot be assigned to a ticket that takes place at "Random Factories" in "Paris").
Same location ticket assignments in Optimizer
Businesses prefer to have the same engineer service tickets in the same location if they fall on the same date. This reduces driving costs and often increases customer satisfaction. But how you can save even more money with better same-location tickets is that they usually take less time because the engineer is already on site and does not need to enter the building multiple times. That's why we offer the ability to configure a shorter appointment duration when multiple tickets take place after each other at the same location. The shortened duration will lead to more realistic Timeline plans and opens a chance for even more service tickets per day.
Seamless work with your partners
We'll make sure you have all the application capabilities you need to manage your partners. From clear partner assignment information on our Work Place UI to a more flexible partner assignment and reporting process, whether it is our Work Place or Partner Portal solution. For example, if your business requires partners to first accept or reject case assignments, they will be able to do so and the system can react according to your preferences.
Workflow scripts
You will be able to define and test polyglot scripts that can be added to your custom workflow in the Workflow Designer. This further empowers you to maximize the processing capabilities of either your tickets or your custom objects created using our Fieldcode Plus feature set.
Extended history, so you can track changes for each field
We’re extending the history of tickets and custom objects as well, so you will be able to track each change on each field along with its timestamp. Thus it provides you full trackability on what happened to your object through time.
Relations within the same object type
You'll be able to establish relationships not only between different object types, but also between different records of the same object, giving you even more flexibility in building and using custom data models.
Enhanced Asset Management via Fieldcode Plus
You’ll be able to create either manually or automatically tickets from your custom objects. You can configure your assets or all related objects to your preference and generate service tickets from them.
Attachments to custom objects in Fieldcode Plus
You'll be able to add attachments to your custom objects, not just tickets.
Extensive testing capabilities for your workflows
We'll be introducing sophisticated version control and various editing capabilities to further enhance our Workflow Designer. An important part of the feature set is that you'll be able to test each workflow node on real tickets, object records, before you even publish a new workflow version. So when you redesign or customize your processes, you can test future workflow setups without risk, regardless of their complexity.
