| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Ready | Ticket arrived inside the FMA app (Published). |
| Driving | Engineer started driving to the ticket location. |
| Drive Paused | Engineer paused driving to the ticket location. |
| Arrived | Engineer has arrived to the ticket location. |
| Onsite | Engineer is processing the problem onsite. |
| Reported | Engineer reported the ticket inside the FMA app. |
