Tip: You can use filters for better results

You are able to copy and/or share filters/queries with colleagues (by link or by email) or other persons by clicking the email and/or create link buttons inside the Ticket Pool inside the General tab or Expert tab.

  1. Create a query by activating the filters you want to use either in the General tab or Expert tab.
  2. Click the email button or create link button inside the General tab or the Expert tab.
    General tab: Define the filter, click on the right context menu and click on the desired option.
    Expert tab: Define the filter, click on the email button.
  3. Your email application will start with with text/link automatically inserted.
  4. Pick a sender, adjust the email as desired, and click on Send in your email program of your choice.
