How to complete the driving phase

The Drive tab presents you with already passed driving time, end user contact options,
a Start Navigation button (helping you to navigate with Apple Maps/Google Maps),
a Pause button which stops the timer,
and an I arrived at location button which will let you move the ticket to the appointment phase.

Quick pause/quick proceed​

You can directly tap on the Car button to quickly pause or proceed with the timer.

The drive button starts the drive and lets the system know that you started driving to your destination.

Quick pause/quick proceed​

You can directly tap on the Car button to quickly pause or proceed with the timer.

The Pause button will stop the drive timer.

How to announce arrival at the destination

Let’s assume you arrived at the end user’s location.
Then it’s time for the Appointment phase.

  1. Tap the I arrived at location button to initiate the appointment phase.
  2. Tap on Yes again to confirm.
