How to use the Email button

The email interaction (which can be activated by using the COMS interaction button) allows you to send mail or bulk emails to customers. Email templates that were configured by using email templates in the Fieldcode admin panel can also be used in this tab for communicating with your customers.
Go to COMS → Email to activate the email tab in the ticket details.
- Click on the COMS workflow button.
- Select Email from the list.
How to send email/s to customer/s

- Click on the COMS workflow button.
- Select Email from the list.
After that, you can fill in the form. You can choose whether to use an email template or not.
You can learn more about email templates here.
- Select a template from the drop-down.
- Insert from which email address the Email should be sent.
- Insert to which email address or addresses the email should be sent.
- Decide to whom you want to CC (“Carbon Copy”) the email, in case you like that.
- Decide to whom you want to BCC (“Blind Carbon Copy”) the email, in case you like that.
- Insert the email subject, in case you want to have one.
- Insert the email content.
- If wished, select a template (that was created in the Fieldcode Admin Panel via email templates) to be used for communicating.
- Click Send if you are done with the email configuration and if you want to send out the mail or emails directly.
- (Optional) You can also preview Mails by clicking the Preview button to check how your later sent mail will look.
- (Optional) You can clear all inserted contents by clicking the Clear button.
- (Optional) The Close button completely closes the Mail tab.

Email templates are created inside the Fieldcode Admin Panel -> Process -> Email templates.
