How to live-track tickets on Android devices

- Download the Fieldcode information center app for Android.
- Open the App, and a window where you can enter the tracking code should appear.
- The tracking code can be found in the received email and should look similar as below.
- After entering the code into the App you should be able to see the progress of the ticket.

How to add new tracking codes on Android devices

- Tap on the green plus button in the lower-right part of info center.
- Enter the ticket tracking ID.
- Tap on Search.
