The following document will provide you with an instruction and manual for FSA.
FSA is a mobile application for the daily use of field service resources. FSA supports the user by providing online / offline access to all data required for managing the daily Service Delivery in a dispatched working environment. The application synchronizes with the Hemmersbach servers for ticket information, displays them in a comfortable way to end users and allows them to manage the customer interactions, track the progress and save the information to synchronize it back to related Hemmersbach systems and for later usage on the local device.
