How to use the full text search
If you’re not so familiar with queries, the full text Search might be helpful for finding the right ticket or tickets.
Full text searching lets you enter a word and find all tickets containing the keyword.
Search results are sorted by the amount of keywords in the result.
- Click on ‘Search’.
- Click on ‘Extended Search’.
- Enter your keyword.
- Click on the Search button.
